Owners will enjoy use of their homes for at least 27 days each year, 21 days during High Season and 6 days during Winter Sports Season, and when in residence can enjoy:

- Unlimited cart-fee only golf on all three of The Homestead's courses plus reduced green fees for house guest
- A new 15% discount on regularly priced merchandise in all three Homestead golf shops
