Homestead Preserve's team of real estate professionals are the exclusive agents for new Homestead Preserve offerings. Situated on 2,300 acres surrounding the villages of Hot Springs and Warm Springs, Homestead Preserve is a unique conservation-based community dedicated to the preservation of the historic architecture and natural landscape of Virginia's Alleghany Highlands.

Chad Hunter Rowe, Managing Director of Real Estate Sales for Celebration Associates, has extensive experience working with resort communities. He spent five years on the sales force for Intrawest/Playground Destination Properties selling real estate in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Savannah, Georgia; and Snowshoe, West Virginia. Most recently, Chad was Sales Team Leader for Homestead Preserve for almost 4 years. A Virginia native, he is an avid outdoorsman and currently resides in Charlottesville with his wife Katie and daughter, Hayden.

Ian McIlvaine, Director of Sales for Homestead Preserve, returned to his native Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in 2002 to begin a career in real estate after spending seven years in corporate sales with companies such as Xerox and Lucent Technologies. After a stint in Western North Carolina, Ian and his wife Nikki are happy to be living in beautiful Hot Springs with their daughter Sophie and boxer, Guinness. When not immersed in real estate Ian likes to bike, hunt, ski and enjoy the wonderful outdoor playground of Bath County, Virginia.

Mary Hodges Sales Specialist for Homestead Preserve, has called Bath County, Virginia, home for the last 20 years. Here she and her husband Ryan have raised their two children, Cabell and Will. Before joining Homestead Preserve, Mary worked as a realtor with Clarkson & Wallace, Inc., a family real estate firm in Warm Springs. She has a great love for nature and music and enjoys being an active volunteer in the community. Currently, Mary is a member of the Warm Springs Valley Garden Club and a sponsor of Garth Newel Music Center.

Mark Kranich, Sales Specialist, has been with the Homestead Preserve since January of 2006.  Mark is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and previously worked very successfully in property sales in northeastern North Carolina following a sales and sales management career with Northwestern Mutual.  In his spare time, Mark enjoys hiking, golf, racquetball and Bible study/church involvement.  Being an alum and avid Wisconsin Badger fan, he also loves college sports.  Mark and his wife Cindy, a Virginia native and William & Mary graduate, currently make their home in Warm Springs.

Charlie Witschey, Sales Specialist, joined the Homestead Preserve team in November of 2007. He brings with him over ten years of experience in new neighborhood land sales and marketing. Charlie is a native of Charleston, West Virginia, and became familiar with the area from regular visits to Bath County as a child. Charlie, his wife Lori, daughter Caroline and son Matthew moved from Wilmington, North Carolina, and currently reside in Warm Springs.
